As an Innovator I am constantly looking for ways to improve the way things are done wherever I serve. I accomplish this by relying on 3-Pillars - Business Ideation, Process Design, and Work Management

1. Business Ideation and Development

Ideation is a culture and it starts with applying the right techniques to influence an organization’s leadership and followers

2. Process Design and Implementation

Process is the “how we do” factor in an organization.

3. Work Management

Work Management is where ideation and process collide to produce value.

As a leader, I am determined to serve before I am focused on the mandate. My rationale for this approach comes from the understanding that there's nothing to lead unless you have the buy-in of those that follow

I believe any form of effective leadership is founded in the ability to serve others rather than serving self.

If it makes sense, buy-in is inevitable if it doesn't turnover is a given. I thrive on the ability to detangle complex situations to effect meaningful change that goes beyond the immediate success.

3. Advocacy for productive change

Oftentimes change is necessary to realize the value we envision. My change management approach is one rooted in empowering the hands that are best suited to ensure continuous improvement.

Any problem or opportunity requires an adequate amount of scrutiny of the current state to realize the future success.
